Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

• Same condition as received (unworn and unused)
• Original tags attached
• Original packaging intact
• Receipt or proof of purchase included

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU Customer Rights

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, no justification required. The same condition requirements apply: items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund.
